is based on the story of Moacir, son of Iracema and Martim, the first mixed-race Brazilian, the mixture of peoples, cultures
and of flavors.

And the name was also chosen as a way of honoring the patriarch of the family, who is Mr. Moacir Nogueira. With a strong appreciation of our roots, the land, the democratic taste of our gastronomy.
