Modo de preparo:
1- Place the packaging for 10 seconds under running water.
2- Open the package with the product still frozen.
3- Blend 100g of fruit with 200ml of water or another liquid of your choice in a blender. Yields 1 glass of 300 ml. Sweeten to taste.
